Terms and Conditions

Thank you for shopping with Oh Darlin Gifts and More. The following are our guidelines and policies:

• We do not accept cancellations
• Returns/Refunds are made ONLY if the item is DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. 
• Turn around times on T-Shirts is up to 3 weeks. Turn around times on Boutique items vary but will be notated in product listing. TURN AROUND TIME BEGINS AT CLOSING DATE WHEN WE SUBMIT YOUR ORDER.
• Shipping is done via USPS. If you add ROUTE protection at checkout, your item will be covered if lost or damaged in transit. Your item MUST be stuck for 10 BUSINESS days for ROUTE to replace or refund your item. We WILL NOT refund ANY orders lost in the mail without ROUTE protection.
